Titan Systems Corp. Wireless Transmission Systems Engineering Subcontract
RedBlack provides a full range of engineering and technical services for wireless systems. The support includes research, design, development, analysis, procurement, fabrication, integration, installation, test and evaluation, training, and logistic support of wireless C-E systems, subsystems, and components. The resulting systems will be employed within user locations or platforms including shipboard, shore-based (fixed, transportable, and ground mobile) airborne, and handheld. RedBlack supports Special Communications Requirements Division (SCRD) Code 4.5.11 sponsors, programs, and systems requiring expertise in technical and engineering support to wireless systems.

Booz, Allen Hamilton Special Communications Program (SCP) Subcontract
RedBlack is contracted to provide engineering, technical, and management and professional support services to the SCRD Code 4.5.11 in support of DoD, Joint Service, and Federal Agencies programs. These services support: overall systems engineering, program analysis and management; acquisition and technical management; and documentation support. The systems are wilbased on small craft, shipboard, shore-based (fixed, transportable, manpack, mobile) aircraft/airborne, and hand-held platforms. RedBlack is responsible for accomplishing work in the Systems Engineering, Program Analysis/ Management, Acquisition and Technical Management, Graphics and Documentation Support fields.

Booz, Allen Hamilton Communications-Electronics Advanced Technology (CEAT) Systems Subcontract
RedBlack is contracted to research, design, develop, integrate, install, test and evaluate, field, analyze, maintain, procure material, train, and provide logistics support of Navy, Army, Air Force, Special Operations Forces, Joint Services, Federal Agencies, Counterdrug, and other agencies Communications-Electronics Advanced Technology (CEAT) systems. CEAT systems entail analog and digital, communications/telecommunication, voice, data, video to include Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Distance Learning, and High Definition Television (HDTV), imagery, information warfare, cyberwarfare, virtual labs, distributed processing, and neural and information network, systems, subsystems, and equipment. These systems are employed on various air, shore, manpack/handheld, transportable, boat, and vehicular platforms to support defense and agency forces operations network and information technology systems.

BAE SYSTEMS Advanced Communications and Electronics Systems (ACES) Subcontract
RedBlack provides engineering and technical support services to SCRD Code 4.5.11 including the design, development, integration, test and evaluation, installation, certification, maintenance, logistics and life cycle support of ACES platforms including shipboard, shore-based (fixed, transportable, and mobile), airborne, and handheld platforms. This support includes surveys and assessments; system and equipment design; integration planning; system and equipment installation and integration; testing support; system and equipment in-service support; logistics support; fielding and operations support; system and equipment training; documentation services; and acquisition support.

BAE SYSTEMS Virtual Intercom (VICOM) System Production Support
RedBlack will produce 15 VICOM systems to support the United States Special Operations Command. The VICOM is a small, lightweight, modularized and tailorable communications system designed to provide converged intercom, radio interface and remote control, and data transmission functions over Ethernet Local Area Networks. The system is designed using Commercial-Off-The-Shelf components. The main components are mountable in standard 19" racks. User functions can be hosted on a standard Microsoft OS personal computer or laptop.
