FA8720-04-D-0001, Battle Control System-Mobile (BCS-M) Communication Switch Subsystem (CSS) Contract

The $30,000,000 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will provide CSS and related support to the US Air Force for five years. The BSC-M system is an on-going Air Force evolutionary acquisition/spiral development program to update and eventually replace the legacy ground theater air Command and Control (C2), Control and Reporting Center (CR). RedBlack partnered with Redflex Communications Systems, Inc. to offer the winning proposal for the full and open competition. The RedBlack Team will provide engineering, program management, manufacturing, integration, testing, and integrated lifecycle support and training throughout the duration of the BCS-M CSS program. The RedBlack Team will also interface closely with the BCS-M system integrator, NAVAIR St. Inigoes Code 4.5.8 to support CSS integration into the BCS-M system.
