Innovative Solutions Consulting, Inc. (ISC) was selected by INC magazine as one of this year's 500 fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.
To determine the 2005 list, Inc Magazine analyzed over 200,000 firms and selected the top 500. The award is based entirely on revenue growth for a three year period starting January 1 2001 and ending December 31 2004. ISC had a 592% growth in revenue for that period. It was ranked #182 on the prestigious list. The complete list for 2005 will be published in the November 2005 Issue of INC Magazine.
ISC President, CEO, and founder, Mike Aloisio is particularly excited to receive this award so quickly on the heels of the College of Southern Maryland, The Patuxent Partnership (TPP) Firm of the Year Leading Edge Award. Hard work and superior leadership often produce quality results, but being recognized after only five and a half years of existence is quite an honor.
Aloisio is especially proud to live in the state of Maryland and to be a representative of the small business community flourishing in the state. It is quite gratifying to all interested in business to see that the risks and hard work taken by him and his employees in the early years are returning this kind of reward.
ISC intends to maintain or even accelerate its growth in the near future. ISC is aggressively pursuing new markets and opportunities while seeking to strengthen their relationships with current customers. ISC is especially interested in expanding its support within the local NAVAIR community. Challenges ahead include the redefining and maturing of key business relationships, strengthening processes and procedures, and building infrastructure to sustain a much larger company by 2010.
